[ 01 · WORK ]
Three builds, one system. Each scene below builds itself as you scroll — every number is real, every artifact is live.
[ CASE 01 · NONPROFIT · PAYMENTS · CRM ]
A membership payment, from click to CRM.
A young education non-profit was signing people up by hand: paper forms, cash boxes, spreadsheets, and no idea who had actually renewed.
Bilingual (FR/EN) site with a programme of eight activities, designed to feel like the association — not a template.
Membership payments live: individual sign-ups plus a self-serve group checkout for companies and associations — per-seat pricing with volume bands, and a dedicated workflow for 10+ seats.
Every payment lands in a self-hosted CRM. Memberships, renewal dates, and reminders run from there — the CRM is the source of truth, not a spreadsheet.
Contact and group-inquiry forms with field-level validation, honeypot, and rate limiting. Daily renewal reminders go out automatically.

[ CASE 02 · CONTENT PLATFORM ]
Workshop knowledge, published.
The association teaches digital skills in workshops every week. That knowledge lived in slides and notebooks — invisible to anyone who wasn’t in the room.
An editorial journal in three pillars — online safety, digital creation, visibility — with a house illustration style.
Every guide is written after being taught in a real workshop, then structured for search: tags, RSS, social preview cards, sitemap with FR/EN hreflang.
Static pages, near-instant loads, zero tracking weight. The journal keeps compounding: new guides slot into the existing pillars.

[ CASE 03 · THIS WEBSITE ]
The proof is the page you’re scrolling.
This website is the third case. It is designed, built and hosted on the same machines that run our clients’ sites — same fleet, same backups, same monitoring. You are looking at the proof while reading it.
A design system, not a template: one accent, one type ladder, one dark world — every page derives from the same grid, type and motion.
The shader background, the live fleet map, the scroll-built scenes — all self-drawn, running at 30–60fps on our own machines.
Deployed with previews before production and rollback-safe deploys. The version you are reading was reviewed before it shipped.
