Nothing measures you, profiles you, or leaves our machines until you switch it on. Here is exactly how it works. Effective 4 September 2026.

The contact form. When you write to us we receive your name, email, subject and message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of our work with you. Legal basis: legitimate interests — you asked us something — and, when it becomes a project, steps toward a contract.
Security logs. Like every web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, browser type) to catch abuse. Form submissions and their security logs are deleted automatically after 24 months.
The remembering of your choice. If you use the cookie settings, your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, strictly necessary, 6 months) so we never ask you again mid-term. Refusals are remembered too.
Analytics — off until you allow it. If you switch Analytics on, we measure aggregate usage with our own first-party tooling on our own machines: page views, referrer domains, browser family, and which features get used. Counting works from a daily-rotating hash of IP and browser signature — the hash is never stored, never leaves the server, and becomes unlinkable at midnight UTC. There are no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising in this data. Aggregates are kept at most 25 months; raw event rows are reduced to daily totals within 48 hours and deleted.
Marketing. If you switch Marketing on, advertising tools (such as a Meta pixel) may measure ad performance and may set cookies and share data with Meta Platforms Ireland. Marketing is off by default and currently dormant unless campaigns are running. Whatever the state: our site sets no cookies of its own.
We keep a receipt of every consent decision and every withdrawal — the choice, the moment (our server's clock), the banner and policy version it was made under. This is our legal obligation; receipts are kept 24 months and never shared.
COOKIE SETTINGS sits in the footer of every page — one click to reopen, one click to refuse, one click to withdraw. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: the counters stop. You can also refuse all storage in your browser; the site works fully without measurement.
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — hello@sirais.fr, answered within one month. UK regulator: the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Visitors in France may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). We hold EU visitors to the same standard under the EU GDPR.
If this policy changes, the date changes with it — and the banner revision goes up, so everyone is asked again exactly once.
